Gift Cards

Effective Date: September 18, 2025

1. Redemption & Use

Stacked e-gift cards (“Gift Cards”) are redeemable for food, beverages, and merchandise at participating Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House locations in Canada only.

Gift Cards cannot be used for delivery services through third-party apps such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or SkipTheDishes unless otherwise stated.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.

2. Purchase & Delivery

E-gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Stacked is not responsible for incorrect or invalid email addresses entered by the purchaser.

Please check your order details carefully before completing the purchase.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorized Use

Treat your e-gift card like cash.

Stacked is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

4. Balance Inquiries

To check your e-gift card balance, visit your local Stacked location or through our website stackedpancakehouse.ca under the Gift Card heading.

5. Expiration & Fees

Stacked e-gift cards do not expire and no service fees apply.

6. Refunds & Returns

Gift card purchases are final and non-refundable.

Items purchased with a Gift Card are subject to the standard return and refund policy of the participating location.

7. Fraud Prevention

Stacked reserves the right to decline, cancel, or suspend a Gift Card if we suspect it was obtained fraudulently or used unlawfully.

8. Limitations

Electronic Gift Cards cannot be:

Reloaded with additional funds.

Used to purchase other Gift Cards.

9. Modification of Terms

Stacked reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The current Terms and Conditions will always be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province where the card is used and applicable Canadian federal laws.
